Impact Groups: Pastors and ministry leaders can often become isolated, which is not God's design for the church. Impact Groups are designed to help address this problem. These groups are regionally-based or affiliation-linked gatherings of pastors/ministry leaders designed to build Godly friendships, offer effective learning platforms, promote church revitalization, and inspire ministry partnerships between churches.
